Service and operator

itella LLC (合同会社itella) provides Pippa Puzzle, an illustrated sliding-puzzle game. These terms apply to the browser version at pippa-puzzle.pages.dev. Effective date: October 15, 2026.

Playing the game

You may play the game for personal enjoyment. All 50 stages, number guides and original-picture previews in this Web version are free. No account, purchase or advertising viewing is required. Use a compatible browser; you are responsible for your connection costs.

Respectful use and content

Do not disrupt the service, attack its infrastructure, infringe others’ rights or use it unlawfully. Rights in the game, code and illustrations belong to the operator or the relevant rights holders. Permission to play does not transfer ownership or authorize redistribution of game assets.

Progress and availability

Progress and records are stored in your browser. Deleting site data, switching browsers or devices, or browser storage restrictions may remove or prevent saving. There is no cloud synchronization or guaranteed recovery in this version. We may update or temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or security and will provide notice of material changes where reasonably practicable.

Our Privacy Policy explains data handling. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies available under mandatory applicable law. We aim to address problems fairly; contact us if you experience an issue.

Changes and contact
